Do I need to buy any equipment beforehand?
No — tell us the problem and we'll advise what's needed, including any parts, routers or cameras. If equipment is required we'll agree the cost with you upfront before it's bought or installed.
Is the £40 call-out fee on top of the hourly rate?
No. The call-out price covers the full visit up to the time listed — it's not an extra charge on top. You'll always know the price before we start.
Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes, we offer a range of appointment times including evenings and weekends where available. Let us know what suits you when you book and we'll do our best to fit around your schedule.
What if the issue can't be fixed in one visit?
Some jobs — like a hardware replacement or a larger network setup — need a follow-up. If that happens, we'll explain why, give you a clear cost for what's needed, and book the next step at a time that works for you.
Do you cover areas outside Bradford?
